Bed sharing is necessary, typically a queen bed to share with a friend. Some retreat centers have twin beds and more room.
I do my best for you!
But sharing with friends is how we keep the retreat price low.
To bring a sense of relief as winter is fading out, connect with soul sisters and get your joy back.

The Intention
Christiana has been a bodyworker since 2016, owns and operates Dharma Anatomy, LLC in Clear Lake, Iowa.
Christiana also offers intuitive readings via Tarot, Oracle, Angel cards, and channeled messages. These gifts have been around since childhood, but only within the last year has she offered them publicly.
She aims to blend readings and bodywork to provide well-rounded healing and insight, and to encourage unity between the clients' physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies.

My name is Stacy and I am so honored to share my story and life's purpose with you. I have practiced yoga since 2018 and completed my 200 Yoga Teacher Training in May of 2022. I have a passion and calling for the practice and teachings of Yoga Nidra, Kundalini and creating an experience where yogis can feel held, safe and loved.
My yoga journey began with the hopes of finding mental clarity and guidance. To my surprise, like many others, I found a purpose and true calling that aligned with my soul. I am here to provide support, compassion, empathy and space to those that are in need of it.
